Terms of Service

Site terms governing use of torvo.uk and participation in the early-access programme.

Last updated: 30 April 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the marketing website at torvo.uk and any ancillary informational pages operated by Torvo Ltd. They are not a software-licence agreement - pilot, cohort, and commercial use of any Torvo platform vertical is governed by a separate written agreement with Torvo Ltd.

2. Who we are

Torvo Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company #17122860), with its registered office at 4 Laughing Dog Industrial Estate, London Road, Rugby, CV23 9LP.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse, read, and link to the site freely. You may not:

  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the site or its underlying systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or republish substantial portions of the site without permission.
  • Submit false or misleading information through the demo request form.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, layout, source code, the Torvo wordmark, and the Niro brand) is owned by Torvo Ltd or its licensors. The Torvo platform is the subject of UK patent applications GB2606619.1 and GB2607509.3. International filing strategy is being prepared. Nothing on this site grants any licence to those applications, trade marks, or copyrights.

5. Demo requests & early access

Submitting a demo request creates no obligation on Torvo to provide a demo and creates no obligation on you to do anything further. Acceptance into the early-access cohort, when offered, will be governed by a separate written agreement covering pilot terms, data processing, and commercial conditions.

6. No reliance on marketing content

The marketing site describes Torvo's product direction in good faith. It is not a commitment to specific features, dates, or capabilities. Decisions to procure, deploy, or rely on Torvo in a regulated environment must be made on the basis of the live platform documentation and your own assessment, not the marketing copy.

7. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, clinical, policing, safeguarding, insurance, education, or health-and-safety advice. Torvo drafts and structures information for review. The customer organisation and named professional remain responsible for checking, approving, submitting, and using any output in accordance with their own duties, policies, and professional judgement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torvo Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the marketing site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party demo or production environments (badge.torvo.uk, core.torvo.uk, niro.torvo.uk, etc.). Use of those environments is governed by their own terms, which take precedence over these.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
