Torvo Pilot Programme — Terms & Conditions

What the pilot includes

Six months of free access to the Torvo platform, configured for your organisation's professional environment. Includes onboarding support, access to all features available in the relevant vertical, and direct contact with the Torvo team throughout.

Data ownership

Your data is yours. All recordings, transcripts, visit records, and generated documents belong to your organisation. Torvo does not sell, share, or use your operational data for any purpose other than running the platform for you. Audio is processed locally and not retained. Only anonymised usage statistics are used to improve the platform.

What we need from you

Honest feedback. That's it. We're in pilot stage and your real-world experience is what shapes the product. We may ask you to participate in a case study or provide a testimonial — this is entirely optional.

After six months

At the end of the pilot we'll have a conversation about whether Torvo is working for you. If it is, we'll agree a commercial arrangement. If it isn't, you walk away with no obligation and we delete your data on request within 30 days.

No lock-in

You can end the pilot at any time. No penalties, no invoices, no pressure.

Data protection

Torvo Ltd is registered with the ICO (Ref: 00013608468). Data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
